Lauren + Jake {wedding}

Lauren and Jake were the winners of my Deserving Bride Contest I did in January. I am so glad they won! They are such an amazing couple and I love hanging out with them and their family. Jake and Lauren had their reception at This is the Place Park. I loved the pink house that matched Lauren’s colors perfectly that was close by. We did the family shots there and I’m glad they walked down the hill for them for me!! They had a great turnout at their reception and their family knows how to throw a party. Her uncle is has tons of sound equipment, lights, and even brought a fog machine! It was awesome. There was one song, The Bernie that they and their friends were dancing to and I thought it was saying Like Vermin. I told Lauren and Jake I had never heard that song “Like Vermin” before and they started cracking up and told me it was Like Bernie……well I feel old now-thanks kids ;D hehe I’m just glad I could make you laugh! If you want to see the Bernie so you can tease me, here it is!

I am so happy this house was here to match her wedding colors ;D They all look so pretty in pink.What a good looking group of people! Am I right?
