I was so excited when I pulled up and saw Lindsea’s dress, and even more excited when I found out it was an authentic vintage 1950’s find. It was so cute! Lindsea and Brandon have known each other since 8th grade and she said she had a crush on him. Then after a mission and some on and off dating, they fell madly in love and got engaged. They both are in theater and I do love photographing people with such fun personalities 
These two are so goofy and I love them! We were pretty much laughing the whole time. Todd loves to be silly and I caught him a few times. Katy does an amazing serious face, and if you know me, you know I love when I find someone who can, since I can’t! They also got some “cold feet” during the session….literally! Katy wanted to get in the river & it was a little chilly. I about killed myself getting into the middle of the river by Tarzan swinging from a bendy branch on the shore onto a tree stump-but I got there-and back-with no injuries or camera disasters! Thanks for being such a fun couple to photograph you two! Can’t wait for the rest of the sessions!
Well it was a little windy yesterday….wait…A LOT windy yesterday! Luckily Amelia’s long hair looks good in the wind. I was one hand shooting and holding my lights/soft box for dear life to get some sunset shots for them. The light stand was literally lifting up off the ground while I was trying to hold it down. They also brought their cute puppy…I mean HUGE dog, Zena, who can only be fooled by the fake ball throw once…then gets upset She didn’t trust me much after that! Thanks Amelia and Josh for hanging in there…literally!
