I met this family last week and found out their baby has the same disease as one of my good friend’s baby had. \u00a0It is called Spinal Muscular Atrophy<\/a> or SMA. \u00a0It is a fatal genetic disease in infants and makes it so eventually the babies can’t move, swallow, and have trouble breathing. \u00a0 I wanted to do something for them, and they needed a family picture, so I told them I could do some for them. \u00a0The weather was even not too cold, which was good for their sweet baby. \u00a0 I am so grateful I was able to meet them and wish them all the best during this hard time and the hard times to come. \u00a0It did bring back a lot of memories of another sweet baby Briggers, our little buddy, who would have been 5 this year, just like my sweet boy. \u00a0I think about you a lot Brigg and am so thankful I got to know you, and from that your family!<\/p>\n
