Snowy Red Rock Engagements | Terra Cooper Photography | Kenya + Mark

We woke up early on a Saturday to beat a snowstorm that was coming in that afternoon.  I stopped at Kneaders and got us all a pain au chocolate and pumpkin steamer.  I always try to get some treats for my shoots because good food is always a good idea.  We stopped at Devil’s Slide first and about slid off the exit because it hadn’t been plowed and I guess not many people wanted to check out the view.  We tried to find a way closer to the slide, but the snow was too deep everywhere, so we just got a few right in front of it.

Then we headed to the red rocks and snow and it was gorgeous as usual.  While in the car I found out that they love watching war/battle movies together, like V for Vendetta.

I love Kenya’s custom ruby ring.  So unique and beautiful.

I won’t tell you what we went through to get up this mountain haha.  I went first before I let them up there just to make sure it was possible.  Coming down was for sure harder than getting up.

Of course there is always dancing when I shoot.  Her skirt was made to dance in.

I had such a great morning with these two amazing people.  My job is pretty amazing, not going to lie.
